We begin the permitting process. We'll speak directly with your county to determine property requirements, zoning, lot dimensions, setbacks, impact fees, etc.
We provide an accurate bid sheet for what your total financed cost will be. This includes but is not limited to, home, delivery, full install, permit costs, etc.
Property location will be examined and scouted. Our project manager will meet you on site to determine home position and measurements from setbacks.
We sit down with you to select interior finishes, colors, cabinetry, flooring, and exterior options to personalize your home before it goes into production.
Your home is delivered to your property and professionally installed, including the foundation, utility hookups, A/C, electric, and all required inspections.
